Ni60激光熔覆涂层成形行为与微观组织分析

摘要 采用激光熔覆技术在Q235钢基体上制备Ni60涂层,探究了激光功率和熔覆速度对涂层成形质量及其微观组织的影响。结果表明,激光功率和熔覆速度改变了熔池温度和流动性,进而影响涂层表面成形质量和微观组织。随着激光功率的增加,涂层表面成形质量改善,缺陷减少,这主要归因于激光能量的增加促进了更充分的熔化和更好的熔池流动。此外,结合区的厚度随激光功率的增加先增大后降低。较低的熔覆速度有利于获得表面成形质量良好的涂层。然而,随着熔覆速度的提高,涂层中开始出现气孔等缺陷,这是由于熔池冷却速度过快,未能充分熔合所致;结合区的厚度未发生明显变化,其组织发生一定程度的松散和粗化。 Ni60 coating was prepared on Q235 steel substrate by laser cladding.The effects of laser power and cladding speed on the forming quality and microstructure of the coatings were investigated.The results indicate that laser power and cladding speed change the temperature of the melt pool,and then affect the surface forming quality of the coating.With the increase of laser power,the surface forming quality of the coating increases and defects decrease.This is mainly attributed to the increase of laser energy which promotes the fuller melting and better melt pool flow.In addition,the thickness of the bonding zone increases first and then decreases with the increase of laser power.A lower melting speed is beneficial for obtaining coatings with good surface forming quality.However,as the melting rate increases,defects such as pores begin to appear in the coating,which is due to the rapid cooling rate of the melt pool and insufficient fusion.The thickness of the bonding zone has not changed significantly,and a certain degree of looseness and coarsening appear in the microstruture.
