摘要
城市更新是城市规划建设理念、方式的变革,是补齐城市居住环境、服务功能的重要措施。在城市更新背景下,通过微改造建筑设计能够促进老旧小区居住环境和服务功能改善、基础设施完善,实现城市更新与保留城市特色、延续城市历史文脉协调发展。本文在深入研究老旧小区微改造原则的基础上,从改造提升建筑外立面、屋顶防水和外墙修缮、空间改造和功能改善、公共空间设计改造等方面提出建筑设计措施,旨在优化老旧小区改造建筑设计内容和方法,以微改造解决居民急难愁盼问题。
Urban renewal is a reform in the concept and methods of urban planning and construction,as well as an important measure to complement urban living environment and service functions.Under the background of urban renewal,micro renovation of architectural design can promote the improvement of living environment and service functions in old residential areas,improve infrastructure,and achieve coordinated development among urban renewal,preservation of urban characteristics and continuation of urban historical context.On the basis of in-depth research on the principles of micro renovation of old residential areas,this article proposes architectural design measures from the aspects of upgrading building facade,roof waterproof and exterior wall repair,space transformation and function improvement,as well as public space design renovation,aiming to optimize the architectural design content and methods of old residential area renovation,so as to solve the residents'urgent and difficult problems through micro renovation.
