摘要
市场关键领域“求贤难”与大学生“就业难”问题普遍存在。为满足安徽省经济高质量发展和“三地一区”建设对人才的迫切需求,文章比较分析了安徽省高等教育本科院校专业布点和招生情况,发现考察期内安徽省工学门类专业布点增幅远远高于其他学科门类;高校第一产业专业布点和招生规模远远小于实际需求水平,产业结构-专业结构偏离度持续增强,未来可能面临人才供给不足的情况;而第二、三产业对应学科专业布点数量和招生规模较大,未来会面临向其他产业转移过剩高层次人才的局面。基于此,提出优化安徽省高校专业结构应从以下方面着手:对接“乡村振兴”和“三地一区”战略,加大对应学科专业布点力度;加强特色专业建设,形成区域特色专业布局;建立校企合作平台,提升高等教育专业结构与人才需求契合度;加大政府分类指导力度,合理分配专业资源。
The lack of high-end talents in key fields and the difficulty in employment of college students are common problems.To meet the urgent demand for talents in the high-quality economic development of Anhui Province and the construction of"three places and one region",this paper comparatively analyzes the distribution of majors and enrollment of undergraduate colleges and universities in Anhui Province.The study found that:During the observation period,the increase in the number of programs in the field of engineering significantly outpaces that of other academic disciplines.The distribution and enrollment scale of primary industry majors in Anhui colleges and universities is much smaller than the actual demand level,and the deviation of industrial structure-professional structure continues to strengthen,which may face the situation of insufficient supply of talents in the future.However,the distribution number and enrollment scale of the corresponding disciplines in the secondary and tertiary industry are large,and it faces the situation of transferring excess high-level talents to other industries in the future.Based on the above situation,this paper proposes that the optimization of the professional structure of colleges and universities in Anhui Province should be started from the following aspects:Align with the"Rural Revitalization"and"Three Regions and One Belt"strategies to increase the focus on the deployment of corresponding academic disciplines and majors;Strengthen the construction of distinctive specialties to form a regional layout of distinctive specialties;Establish school-enterprise cooperation platforms to enhance the alignment between the structure of higher education majors and talent demand;Intensify government's categorized guidance to allocate professional resources reasonably.
