玉米秸秆生物质炭-硅酸钙-高岭土-活性污泥对富硒土壤中六价铬的修复研究

摘要 为探索富硒土壤中Cr(Ⅵ)污染修复的新体系,分别研究了玉米秸秆生物质炭、硅酸钙、高岭土、活性污泥4种钝化剂对富硒土壤中Cr(Ⅵ)的钝化效果,并设计了多组分实验研究不同配比下4种物料复合钝化富硒土壤中Cr(Ⅵ)的效果。实验结果表明:4种钝化剂单独施用时均可修复土壤中的Cr(Ⅵ),复合钝化体系对Cr(Ⅵ)的修复效果优于单一钝化剂。从经济成本和修复效果方面考虑,确定最佳复合体系为3%玉米秸秆生物质炭+1%硅酸钙+10%高岭土+20%活性污泥,此体系对土壤中Cr(Ⅵ)的还原率可达82.5%。复合体系在修复铬污染富硒土壤的同时,实现了废弃秸秆和活性污泥的资源化利用,是一种经济环保的修复方式。 OIn order to explore the new system for the remediation of Cr(VI)pollution in selenium-rich soil,the effects of four passivating agents,corn straw biochar,calcium silicate,kaolin and activated sludge on Cr(VI)in selenium-rich soil were studied;the combined experiment of four passivating agents was designed,the effects of four kinds of passivating agents under different proportions on Cr(VI)in selenium rich soil were studied.The experimental results showed that all the four passivating agents could repair Cr(VI)in soil when applied alone.The composite passivating system had better repair effect than single passivating agent.Considering the economic cost and repair effect,the best composite system was determined to be 3%corn straw biochar+1%calcium silicate+10%kaolin+20%activated sludge,and the reduction rate of Cr(VI)in soil by this system could reach 82.5%.The composite system not only remediates the chromium polluted selenium-rich soil,but also realizes the resource utilization of waste straw and activated sludge,which is an economic and environmental protection restoration method.
