秦淮河江宁段浮游动物群落结构特征

摘要 为了解“长江禁捕”后秦淮河江宁段浮游动物群落结构特征,于2023年5、10和12月对该水域浮游动物群落结构进行调查。结果表明,秦淮河江宁段共鉴定出浮游动物4门35属54种,其中原生动物8属9种,轮虫16属27种,桡足类6属8种,枝角类5属10种。浮游动物密度均值为234.19 ind./L,其中轮虫密度最高为102.31 ind./L;生物量均值为2.62 mg/L,生物量主体为大型浮游动物枝角类和桡足类,两者生物量均值分别为1.25和1.29 mg/L。秦淮河浮游动物物种组成和现存量存在一定的时间特征,5和10月份浮游动物物种数较多,且优势种均以轮虫为主,12月份物种数明显减少,优势种则以枝角类为主;浮游动物密度和生物量均在10月份最高,12月份最低。 In order to understand the characteristics of the community structure of planktonic animals in the Qinhuai River Jiangning section after the ban on fishing,a survey of the community structure of planktonic animals in the water area was conducted in May,October,and December 2023.The results showed that a total of 54 species belonging to 35 genera and 4 phyla of planktonic animals were identified in the Jiangning section of the Qinhuai River,including 9 species belonging to 8 genera of protozoa,27 species belonging to 16 genera of rotifers,8 species belonging to 6 genera of copepods,and 10 species belonging to 5 genera of branchiopods.The average density of planktonic animals is 234.19 ind./L,with rotifers having the highest density of 102.31 ind./L.The average biomass is 2.62 mg/L,and the main biomass is large planktonic animals such as cladocerans and copepods,with average biomass of 1.25 mg/L and 1.29 mg/L,respectively.There are certain temporal characteristics in the species composition and existing quantity of planktonic animals in Qinhuai River.In May and October,there were more planktonic animal species,and the dominant species were mainly rotifers.In December,the number of species decreased significantly,and the dominant species were mainly cladocerans.The density and biomass of planktonic animals are highest in October and lowest in December.
