摘要
文章对《瘟疫约编》中瘟疫的病因、传变、治法、方药及预防等方面进行深入研究。周氏认为瘟疫发生的病因主要为大气污染所导致的毒菌厉气,在瘟疫传变过程中明确提出疫病之脑传变,对于瘟疫的治疗重视患者舌象的变化,提出辨舌分期使用下法。临床用药重用朱砂、雄黄等辟秽解毒之品,在预防方面推崇芳香逐秽之说,独创加味清芳辟瘟汤预防瘟疫。通过对周氏论疫特色的整理,冀以对现今疫病的防治起到重要指导、借鉴之用。
This paper makes an in-depth study on the etiology,transmission,treatment,prescription and prevention of plague in the Wen Yi Yue Bian,Zhou Yuxi believes that the main cause of plague is the poisonous bacteria caused by air pollution.In the process of plague transmission,the brain transmission of plague is clearly put forward.The treatment of plague attaches importance to the change of tongue image of patients,and puts forward the method of distinguishing tongue by stage.Clinical medication reuses cinnabar,realgar and other anti-filth and detoxification products.In terms of prevention,it advocates the theory of aromatic and anti-filth,and creates modified Qingfang Piwen decoction to prevent plague.By sorting out the characteristics of Zhou's theory of epidemic,we hope to play an important guiding and reference role in the prevention and treatment of current epidemic diseases.
