摘要
通过DEM、autoCAD、arcGIS等工具及模型,研究超蓄洪水的淹没高程、淹没范围、淹没时间、淹没深度等分布情况,对临时淹没区所涉及的村组情况以及拟选安置点进行分析和研究,并分别绘制洪水淹没影响范围图、临时避洪点分布图以及淹没深度示意图等,用于指导淹没影响的后续分析工作,为库区上游居民的生命财产和权益保障给予保护措施。
By means of DEM,autoCAD,arcGIS and other tools and models,the distribution of flood height,flood range,flood time and flood depth are further studied,to analyze and study the situation of the villages and groups involved in the temporary inundation zone and the proposed settlement points,and draw up the flood inundation impact area map,the distribution map of temporary flood shelter points and the sketch map of inundation depth,etc.,it is used to guide the follow-up analysis of the inundation,and to protect the lives,property and rights of the upstream residents of the reservoir area.
