摘要
本文针对贯通一年级新生的班级管理难题,提出了“十五字方针”“三字方针”“十二字方针”以及后续管理“一字经”。在班级初期管理中,以“自觉是基础、感情是纽带、校规是约束”引导学生养成自觉习惯,培养师生感情。践行“爱、敬、夸”方针,给予学生关爱、尊重与夸赞。在学习指导方面,采用“树立目标,夯实基础、养成习惯”,帮助学生树立人生目标,打牢知识基础,养成良好学习习惯。后续管理以“严”规范学生行为。通过这些方针,为班级管理提供了全面有效的方法借鉴。
This article proposes the"Fifteen Character Policy","Three Character Policy","Twelve Character Policy"and the subsequent management"One Character Classic"to address the difficulties in class management for first-year students.In the early stage of class man⁃agement,guiding students to develop conscious habits and cultivate teacher-student relationships is based on the principles of"selfawareness is the foundation,emotions are the bond,and school rules are the constraints".Practice the policy of"love,respect,and praise",and provide students with care,respect,and praise.In terms of learning guidance,we adopt the approach of"setting goals,consolidating foundations,and cultivating habits"to help students establish life goals,lay a solid knowledge foundation,and develop good study habits.Follow up management will strictly regulate student behavior.Through these policies,comprehensive and effective methods have been pro⁃vided for class management.
