摘要
传统智能便盖开闭控制系统一般通过电位器或限位开关来完成开闭盖动作。然而在不同负载和堵塞情况下,此类方法往往会降低开闭盖控制性能,导致用户体验感不佳。基于此搭建了一款基于自适应模糊PID控制的智能便盖开闭系统,用于提高智能便盖的控制性能。该系统首先将模糊规则逻辑与传统速度PID融合得到自适应模糊PID控制函数,然后通过结合压力传感器数据微调增量数值,以实现对智能便盖在不同负载和运动状态下的稳定控制。还集成有串口单元通信模块到智能便盖系统便于系统集成。最后通过产品测试验证了本系统在不同负载情况下的控制性能和抗干扰能力均优于传统控制系统,具有一定开发价值。
Traditional intelligent toilet lid opening and closing control systems generally use potentiometers or limit switches to complete the opening and closing lid action.However,under different load and blockage conditions,such methods tend to reduce the performance of opening and closing lid control,resulting in a poor user experience.An intelligent toilet lid opening and closing system based on adaptive fuzzy PID control is built to improve the control performance of the intelligent toilet lid.The system firstly integrates fuzzy rule logic with traditional speed PID to obtain an adaptive fuzzy PID control function and then fine-tunes the incremental value by combining pressure sensor data to achieve stable control of the intelligent toilet under different loads and motion states.A serial port unit communication module is integrated into the smart toilet system to facilitate system integration.Finally,through product testing,it is verified that the control performance and antiinterference ability of the system under different load conditions are better than traditional control systems,and it has certain development value.
