摘要
当今世界的国家治理模式从国家的类型划分主要有三种:发达国家的治理模式、发展型国家的治理模式和转型国家的治理模式。它们普遍存在容易形成“三个谬误”,对国家治理进行规制的有效制度还不够完善,落后国家常常落入发达国家“最优治理实践”的陷阱等问题。展望未来,国家治理必须坚持维护国家主权原则,促进政府、市场和社会的有机协调发展。
Currently,there are mainly three types of national governance models in the world,classified by the type of country:the governance model of developed countries,the governance model of developing countries,and the governance model of countries in transition.They are generally prone to the formation of the“three fallacies”,the effective systems for regulating national governance are not yet perfect,and backward countries often fall into the trap of“optimal governance practice”promoted by developed countries.Looking ahead,national governance must adhere to the principle of safeguarding national sovereignty,and promote the organic and coordinated development of government,market,and society.
