摘要
采用再生橡胶粉等质量替代混凝土的细骨料,再按照不同质量分数分别在样品中掺入聚丙烯(PP)纤维,分析PP纤维/再生橡胶粉改性混凝土的静态及动态力学性能,并进一步研究混凝土复合材料的导热性及耐久性。结果表明:在再生橡胶粉混凝土中加入PP纤维可以改善材料的抗压强度和抗折强度。随着PP纤维掺量的增加,动态增长因子(DIF)呈现先增大后减小的趋势。PP纤维质量分数为1.0%时,DIF达到最大值。PP纤维质量分数为1.0%时,样品RPFC-3的导热性能较优,且具有良好的耐久性,可以在实际应用中表现出良好的效果。
Using recycled rubber powder equal mass to replace fine aggregates in concrete,and then adding polypropylene(PP)fibers to the samples according to different mass fractions,the static and dynamic mechanical properties of PP fiber/recycled rubber powder modified concrete were analyzed,and the thermal conductivity and durability of concrete composite materials were further studied.The results show that adding PP fibers to recycled rubber powder concrete can improve the compressive strength and flexural strength of the material.With the increase of PP fiber content,the dynamic growth factor(DIF)shows a trend of first increasing and then decreasing.When the mass fraction of PP fiber is 1.0%,DIF reaches its maximum value.When the mass fraction of PP fiber is 1.0%,the thermal conductivity of sample RPFC-3 is better,and it has good durability,which can show good results in practical applications.
