摘要
环泊酚是我国自主研发的新型静脉全麻药,为2,6⁃二取代苯酚衍生物,类似于丙泊酚。文章主要介绍环泊酚的麻醉效果、起效时间和恢复时间,以及起效快、恢复快、镇静作用强、循环系统以及呼吸系统抑制轻、无蓄积、高效、注射痛发生率低和肢体活动少等优点。它可用于全麻诱导和维持、胃肠镜诊疗麻醉、纤维支气管镜诊疗麻醉、日间手术麻醉以及重症监护治疗病房镇静,是一种具有前景的临床麻醉药物。文章通过对环泊酚在基础研究以及临床相关研究进行综述,以期为未来环泊酚在其他领域的相关研究提供参考。
Cyclopropofol is a new type of intravenous general anaesthetic independently developed in China,which is a 2,6⁃di⁃substituted phenol derivative,similar to propofol.This paper mainly introduces the anaesthetic effect,onset time and recovery time of cypropofol,as well as the advantages of fast onset,fast recovery,strong sedative effect,light inhibition of circulatory system and respira⁃tory system,no accumulation,high efficiency,low incidence of injection pain and less limb movement.It can be used for induction and maintenance of general anaesthesia,gastroenteroscopy anaesthesia,fibreoptic bronchoscopy anaesthesia,day surgery anaesthesia,and intensive care treatment ward sedation,is a promising clinical anaesthesia.This article reviews the basic and clinical studies of cyclop⁃ropofol,with a view to providing a reference for future research on cyclopropofol in other fields.
