区域共享型实训基地:内涵特征、建设困境与优化路径

摘要 区域共享型实训基地作为产教融合重要平台,旨在对接产业需求与人才供给,整合政、校、企、行、研等多方资源,具备主体多元性、功能多样性、资源共享性和文化兼容性等特征。针对建设过程中面临的多元治理不实、产教对接不强、资源集聚不够、协同创新不足等困境,提出基于共商、共育、共建、共享原则,促进治理主体“同心协力”,建立真实应用驱动教学改革机制,构建资源高度集聚的产教融合实体,并搭建智能开放化协同创新平台。通过优化建设路径,提升产教融合质量,为区域经济发展和产业升级提供有力支撑。 As an important platform for industrial and vocational integration,the regional shared practical training base aims to align industry needs with talent supply,integrate government,schools,enterprises,industries,and research institutions,and has characteristics such as multi-subject ownership,diverse functions,resource sharing,and cultural compatibility.In the face of dilemmas such as ineffective multi-party governance,weak industry-education integration,insufficient resource aggregation,and insufficient collaborative innovation during construction,this paper proposes that the governance subjects should work together in a spirit of“mutual trust and cooperation”based on the principle of“joint consultation,joint cultivation,joint construction,and shared benefits.”It also suggests establishing a real-world application-driven teaching reform mechanism,building a highly concentrated industrial and vocational integration entity,and constructing an intelligent and open collaborative innovation platform.By optimizing the construction pathways,the quality of industrial and vocational integration can be improved,thereby providing strong support for regional economic development and industrial upgrading.
