摘要
目的探讨防晒护理模式在皮肤激光美容术后的临床效果。方法选取2023年3月至2024年4月泉州市皮肤病防治院收治的接受皮肤激光美容的患者120例,按护理方式不同分为两组,每组60例。对照组采用常规护理模式,观察组采用防晒护理模式,比较两组患者防晒知识掌握程度、护理满意度、并发症。结果干预2周后,观察组患者的防晒知识掌握情况显著高于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(t=8.594,P<0.05);观察组患者总满意度为96.67%(58/60),高于对照组患者的85.00%(51/60),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.904,P<0.05);观察组患者并发症发生率5.00%(3/60),低于对照组患者的16.67%(10/60),差异有统计学差异(χ^(2)=4.227,P<0.05)。结论防晒护理模式应用于皮肤激光美容术后患者,能够提高患者防晒知识掌握程度和护理满意度,降低并发症发生情况。
Objective To explore the effect of sun protection nursing mode applied to patients after skin laser cosmetic surgery.Methods A total of 120 patients who underwent skin laser cosmetology in Quanzhou skin disease prevention and treatment hospital from March 2023 to April 2024 were selected and divided into two groups according to different nursing methods,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine nursing mode,and the observation group was treated with sunscreen nursing mode.The mastery degree of sunscreen knowledge,nursing satisfaction and complications of the two groups were compared.Results After 2 weeks of intervention,the sun protection knowledge of the observation group was signifificantly higher than that of the control group(t=8.594,P<0.05);The total satisfaction of the observation group was 96.67%(58/60),which was higher than 85.00%(51/60)of the control group(χ^(2)=4.904,P<0.05);The incidence of complications in the observation group was 5.00%(3/60),which was lower than 16.67%(10/60)in the control group(χ^(2)=4.227,P<0.05).Conclusions The application of sun protection nursing mode to patients after skin laser cosmetic surgery can improve their mastery of sun protection knowledge and nursing satisfaction,and reduce the incidence of complications.
