摘要
目的研究表面织构化对抛光垫耐磨性的影响规律,分析材料去除增强机制,旨在提高抛光垫服役寿命,并优化气囊抛光加工效率。方法利用激光打标机在抛光垫表面分别制备沟槽、圆凹坑和三角形阵列织构,利用摩擦磨损试验机进行有/无抛光膏条件下织构抛光垫的摩擦学试验,使用高速摄影机记录试验过程,应用光学显微镜和共聚焦显微镜分析抛光垫和GCr15对摩球的表面形貌特征。结果在无抛光膏的干摩擦条件下,3种织构抛光垫的耐磨性均得到较大改善,且摩擦因数也不同程度地下降,但是对摩球表面的划痕既窄又浅,材料去除量小。在添加抛光膏的湿摩擦条件下,有/无织构抛光垫的磨损量与摩擦因数均未呈现显著差别,但织构抛光垫的对摩球配副表面犁沟既宽又深,材料去除明显。结论在干摩擦条件下,织构抛光垫的材料去除机理为织构的弹性撞击作用,去除效果轻微;在湿摩擦条件下,织构抛光垫的材料去除机理为织构对抛光膏的储存功能与硬质磨粒对材料表面剪切划擦的综合作用,去除效果显著,但应合理设计织构参数,以平衡摩擦界面内有效磨粒总数与真实接触面积间的耦合关系,进而获取最优的材料去除能力。表面织构技术具有改善抛光垫耐磨性,降低界面摩擦因数并增强材料去除率的应用潜力。
In order to improve the service life of the polishing pad and optimize the polishing efficiency of bonnet tool,the work aims to investigate the effect of surface texturing on the tribological property of the polishing pad,and study the material removal reinforcement behavior by the textured polishing pad thoroughly.The Dazu HM20 laser marking machine was adopted to fabricate three types of textures on the polyurethane polishing pads,which were straight groove,circular dimple,triangular dimple,respectively and distributed in an array and marked with R-x,C-θand T-αcorrespondingly.The symbols x,θandαdenoted the distance between parallel groove textures,the angle between adjacent circular dimpled texture and the angle between adjacent triangular dimpled texture,respectively.The laser processing parameters were determined as follows:the average output power of the laser was 300 W,the marking speed was 500 mm/s,the marking frequency was wice,the skip speed was 3000 mm/s,and the Q frequency was 20 kHz.Tribological experiments of the textured polishing pads with and without polishing paste were comparatively carried out on SFT-2M wear testing machine.The surface morphology of polishing pad and GCr15 mating balls both were analyzed by KH-8700 optical microscope and LSM900 confocal laser scanning microscope,respectively.The RevealerAEW120 high-speed camera was used to capture the friction and wear experiment process as well,including the elastic deformation of texture and the flow regime of polishing paste.It could be figured out from the experimental results that,both the density and shape of the textures affected the friction and wear properties of the polishing pad.Under the dry friction condition(i.e.,without polishing paste),compared with the non-textured polishing pad,the wear resistance of the textured polishing pad was greatly improved,the mass loss of polishing pads with straight grooved,circular dimpled and triangular dimpled textures decreased by 42%,79%and 76%,respectively.The friction coefficient of the th
