摘要
优化配煤结构是降低冶金焦成本的重要方式。研究三种1/3焦煤的煤质特点及炼焦特性,开展配煤炼焦试验,分析配合煤煤质、煤岩组成、碱性金属氧化物含量及配煤结构对焦炭指标的影响。结果表明:1/3焦煤A属于高焦炭反应强度、低反应性、低碱性金属氧化物含量煤,有利于稳定焦炭指标同时降低配煤成本。生产实践中,通过优化配煤结构,提高1/3焦煤A配入比例,降低肥煤和焦煤配入比例,实现焦炭指标稳定提升,配煤降本26元/t。
The optimization of coal blending structure is an important way to reduce the cost of metallurgical coke.Study the coal quality characteristics and coking properties of three different types of 1/3 coking coal.Conduct coal blending coking tests to analyze the impact of changes in coal quality,coal rock composition,alkaline metal oxides,and coal blending structure on coke quality.The results show that:1/3 coking coal A belongs to high coke strength after reaction,low reactivity,and low alkaline metal oxides coal.It is advantageous for stabilizing coke quality while reducing coal blending costs.In production practice,by optimizing the coal blending structure,increasing the proportion of one-third coking coal A,reducing the proportion of lean coal and coking coal,the stable improvement of coke quality is achieved,and the coal blending cost is reduced by 26 yuan per ton.
