摘要
教育家精神是中华优秀传统师道精神的当代传承,是广大思政课教师实现思政课立德树人目标的根本遵循。通过践行教育家精神,有助于思政课教师政治强、情怀深、思维新、视野广、自律严、人格正。教育家精神引领思政课教师成长有着深厚的文化根基,中华优秀传统文化为教育家精神引领思政课教师成长浇筑精神特质、捍卫师道尊严、奠定教师操守。教育家精神可以从知、情、意、行四个方面,实现对思政课教师成长的引领功能。
The educator's spirit is the contemporary inheritance of the excellent traditional Chinese teacher's spirit,and it is the fundamental follow for the majority of ideological and political teachers to achieve the goal of cultivating morality and cultivating people in ideological and political lessons.Practicing educator's spirit is helpful for ideological and political teachers to have strong politics,deep feelings,new thinking,broad vision,strict self-discipline and upright personality.There is a deep cultural foundation for the growth of ideological and political teachers guided by the spirit of educators,and the excellent traditional Chinese culture pours spiritual characteristics for the growth of teachers guided by the spirit of educators,protects the dignity of teachers'teachings,and lays down teachers'ethics.The spirit of educator can lead the growth of ideological and political teachers from the four aspects of knowledge,emotion,intention and action.
