多模态影像技术对诊断乳腺实性结节良恶性价值策略探讨

摘要 目的 探讨乳腺实性结节良恶性的诊断技术,分析多模态影像技术的诊断价值。方法 选取2019年4月—2022年3月在本院接受手术治疗的108例乳腺实性结节患者的术前影像学资料作为研究样本。以病理诊断作为金标准,进行多模态影像技术、钼靶技术以及磁共振的诊断效能评估,并对相关数据进行对比分析。结果 病理诊断结果证实,108例患者中有110枚乳腺实性结节,其中恶性结节52枚、良性结节58枚。钼靶技术检查检出恶性结节占15.38%(8/52),检出良性结节占67.24%(39/58);核磁共振检查技术检出恶性结节占96.15%(50/52)、检出良性结节占86.22%(50/58),多模态影像技术检出恶性结节占96.15%(50/52)、检出良性结节占96.55%(56/58)。多模态的诊断符合率96.36%(106/110),相比钼靶技术诊断符合率42.72%(47/110)、核磁诊断符合率90.00%(100/110)显著较高,多模态影像技术诊断的灵敏度94.23%、特异度98.28%、阳性预测值98.00%及阴性预测值95.00%,钼靶技术诊断的灵敏度75.00%、特异度86.21%、阳性预测值82.98%及阴性预测值79.37%,核磁诊断的灵敏度73.08%、特异度86.21%、阳性预测值82.62%及阴性预测值78.13%,差异有统计学意(P<0.05)。其多模态影像技术的诊断效能,均比钼靶技术、核磁单一诊断效能明显更高,差异有统计学意(P<0.05)。结论 对于乳腺实性结节的良恶性诊断,临床应用多模态影像技术的效果最为理想,集钼靶技术、磁共振诊断技术的优势于一体,能有效提高疾病的诊断效能,为临床诊治工作提供科学、客观的指导依据,值得推广。 Objective To explore the effect of multimedia case combined with PBL teaching method in myocardial infarction teaching.Methods The paper chose 40 clinical medical students in Xinyang Vocational and Technical College in 2021 as the subjects,and divided them into groups with random number table method,with 20 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine myocardial infarction teaching,while the observation group with multimedia case and PBL teaching method.Results The scores of professional basic knowledge,practical operation ability,and comprehensive examination were higher than the control group,P<0.05.The scores of learning enthusiasm,interest of teaching methods,independent thinking ability,thirst for knowledge,practical application ability,self-learning ability and comprehensive analysis ability of the observation group were higher than the control group,(P<0.05).Conclusion Multimedia case studies combined with PBL teaching method can achieve significant effect in myocardial infarction teaching,can improve test scores of medical students and enhance effect of practical teaching.
