摘要
“双碳”目标为建筑行业指明发展方向,建筑领域积极参与绿色降碳行动,努力实现绿色转型目标,符合可持续发展的宏伟愿景。既有建筑改造工作是城市更新的重要内容,对围护结构进行节能改造可以提升建筑空间品质,是补短板、促协同、惠民生的重要环节。该文从严寒地区既有建筑围护结构节能改造的背景出发,探讨改造的意义,明确改造的原则,建构改造的路径,提出改造的策略。
The"Double Carbon"Goalsrepresented the development direction for the construction industry.The construction industry actively participates in green carbon reduction actions and strives to achieve green transformation goals,which is in line with the grand vision of sustainable development.Existing building renovation work is an important part of urban renewal.Energy-saving renovation of the envelope structure can improve the quality of building space and is an important link to make up for shortcomings,promote collaboration,and benefit people's livelihood.Based on the background of energy-saving renovation of existing building envelopes in severe cold areas,this paper discusses the significance of renovation,clarifies the principles of renovation,constructs renovation paths,and proposes renovation strategies.
