摘要
高校辅导员既是教师团队也是管理团队的重要成员,扮演着教师与干部的双重角色。其管理育人价值凸显,具体体现在日常管理中塑造学生的价值观、有序的管理方法塑造学生的行为和融入日常活动创设教育氛围等方面。在管理育人实践中,高校辅导员仍存在对育人定位失序、对协同育人难以做到平衡等问题。必须结合实际,在管理中融入思想政治教育,主要方法:(一)提升辅导员的自我定位感;(二)提升辅导员协同育人合力;(三)提升辅导员情景化教育;(四)健全辅导员绩效考核体系。
As important members of both teaching faculty and management group,counselors in colleges and universities play a dual role of teacher and manager.Their value of management and education is prominent,which is manifested in shaping students’values in daily management,modeling students’conduct by orderly management,and building an educational environment by integrating into daily activities.In the practice of student management and education,some problems can still be found in counselors in colleges and universities,such as disordered orientation of student education,and imbalance of coordinate education.Therefore,it’s imperative to integrate ideological and political education into management,and same major ways are:(1)enhancing counselors’sense of self-orientation;(2)strengthening counselors’collaboration in education;(3)upgrading counselors’contextual education;(4)improving counselors’performance appraisal system.
