摘要
为实现“双碳”目标,中国作出了一系列工作部署。油气领域是实施碳达峰碳中和行动的重要领域之一。文章基于人工智能、大数据、物联网等新一代信息技术,从开发模式、功能设计、数据收集及管理等方面,提出自主可控的钻完井作业环保管理数字化平台建设构想,助力能源行业环保管理数字化、智能化的高质量发展和“双碳”目标实现。
In order to achieve the goal of“dual carbon”,China has made a series of work deployment.The oil and gas sector is one of the important area for the implementation of carbon peak carbon neutral action.Based on the new generation of information technologies such as artificial intelligence,big data and the Internet of Things,this paper proposes the construction concept of an independent and controllable digital platform for environmental management of drilling and completion operations from the aspects of development mode,function design,data collection and management,etc.,to help the high-quality development of digital and intelligent environmental management in the energy industry and the realization of the goal of“dual carbon”.
