摘要
目的观察恩格列净联合吡格列酮二甲双胍治疗2型糖尿病对患者血糖、血脂、血压的影响。方法按照随机数字表法将2020年6月—2023年6月广西科技大学第二附属医院收治的2型糖尿病患者60例分为联合ET组与PHMHT组,每组30例。PHMHT组采用吡格列酮二甲双胍片治疗,联合ET组在PHMHT组基础上加用恩格列净片治疗,2组均治疗3个月。比较2组治疗前后血糖、血脂、血压指标。结果治疗3个月后,2组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖水平及糖化血红蛋白、三酰甘油水平均较治疗前降低,且联合ET组上述血糖指标及三酰甘油、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平低于PHMHT组(P<0.01);PHMHT组治疗前后低密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平比较,差异不显著(P>0.05);2组收缩压、舒张压降低,且联合ET组低于PHMHT组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论恩格列净联合吡格列酮二甲双胍治疗2型糖尿病可有效降低血糖、血脂、血压水平,效果显著。
Objective To observe the effect of empagliflozin combined with pioglitazone hydrochloride metformin hydrochloride on blood glucose,blood lipids and blood pressure in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods A total of 60 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus who were admitted to the Second Affiliated Hospital of GXUST from June 2020 to June 2023 were enrolled as the study subjects,and they were divided into the combined ET group and the PHMHT group according to the random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The PHMHT group was treated with pioglitazone hydrochloride metformin hydrochloride tablets,and the combined ET group was treated with empagliflozin tablets on the basis of the PHMHT group,and both groups were treated for 3 months.Blood glucose,blood lipids and blood pressure were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results After 3 months of treatment,the fasting blood glucose level,2 h postprandial blood glucose level,glycosylated hemoglobin and triacylglycerol level in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,the above-mentioned blood glucose indexes,triacylglycerol and LDL-C levels in the combined ET group were lower than those in the PHMHT group(P<0.01);And there was no significant difference in the LDL-C level of the PHMHT group before and after treatment(P>0.05).The systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the combined ET group were lower than those of the PHMHT group(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusion Empagliflozin combined with pioglitazone hydrochloride metformin hydrochloride can effectively reduce blood glucose,blood lipids and blood pressure levels in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus,and the effect is significant.
