摘要
随着工业信息化技术的发展,手工作业逐渐被半自动化作业所代替,这可以节约人力资源,缩短产品的加工时间,保证产品质量的稳定性。因此,针对AB公司小型断路器在UEB1-70装配线由手工作业过渡为半自动设备作业时的自动设备选择优化问题中,文章在原有装配线线体长度的约束下,基于粒子群算法原理对自动设备选择问题进行建模,运用Matlab软件求解得出最佳工序的自动设备选择方案,并制定设备维护与管理措施,保障设备正常运行。
With the development of industrial information technology,manual operations are gradually being replaced by semi-automatic operations,which can save human resources,shorten product processing time,and ensure the stability of product quality.Therefore,in order to address the optimization problem of automatic equipment selection for AB Company's small circuit breakers during the transition from manual operation to semi-automatic equipment operation on the UEB1-70 assembly line,this article models the automatic equipment selection problem based on the particle swarm algorithm principle under the constraint of the original assembly line length.Matlab software is used to solve the optimal automatic equipment selection scheme for the process,and equipment maintenance and management measures are formulated to ensure the normal operation of the equipment.
