摘要
针对传统直驱式动力系统结构布局占据空间大、系统质量重、集成度低等问题,文章提出纯电动客车集成桥式动力系统设计与开发方法,对比分析集成桥式与直驱式动力系统的构型布置及质量差异,阐述集成桥式动力系统的优势。通过Cruise软件搭建整车动力匹配性能仿真模型,重点对比研究集成桥电机和直驱电机动力性、经济性的优劣。通过开发集成桥样车进行试验测试,试验结果进一步验证集成桥式动力系统的优势,为纯电动客车集成桥式驱动系统开发提供数据支撑和设计基础。
Aiming at the problems of traditional direct drive power system,such as large space,heavy system weight and low integration,this paper proposes a design and development method for integrated bridge power system of pure electric bus.Firstly,this paper compares the configuration space and weight difference between the integrated bridge and the direct drive power system.Meanwhile,the advantages of the integrated bridge are also analyzed.Then a simulation model is built in Cruise to match the dynamic of the whole vehicle.At the same time,analyzing and comparing the superiority and disadvantages of the power performance and economy of the integrated bridge motor and the direct drive motor.Finally,a prototype bus of the integrated bridge is developed and tested.The test results further verify the advantages of the integrated bridge.This paper provides data support and design basis for the development of integrated bridge prototype bus.
