摘要
合成了一种介孔二氧化硅负载磷钼酸(HPMo/SiO_(2))并掺杂金属铁的改性固体催化剂,采用XRD,FT-IR,BET和XPS对其进行表征。将其用于模拟汽油的催化氧化脱硫过程,考察了工艺条件对脱硫性能的影响。结果表明:当Fe负载量为6%、反应时间为60 min、反应温度为60℃、催化剂用量为0.15 g/L、氧硫比为1∶10、萃取时间为15 min时,脱硫率最高可达到92.43%。该催化剂具有良好的循环用性能,回收利用4次后,脱硫率大于70%。
A modified solid catalyst of mesoporous silica supported phosphomolybdate(HPMo/SiO_(2))and doped with metallic iron was synthesized and characterized by XRD,FT-IR,BET,and XPS.The prepared catalyst was applied to the catalytic oxidation desulfurization process of simulated gasoline,and the effects of catalyst dosage,reaction time,reaction temperature,Fe loading,extraction time,and other process conditions on the desulfurization performance were investigated.The experimental results showed that when the Fe load was 6%,the reaction time was 60 min,the reaction temperature was 60℃,the catalyst dosage was 0.15 g/L,the oxygen-sulfur ratio was 1∶10,and the extraction time was controlled at 15 min,the highest desulfurization rate could reach 92.43%.The catalyst has good recycling performance,and the desulfurization rate can still reach over 70%after four cycles of recycling,and demonstrating excellent desulfurization performance.
