多金属氧酸盐电化学传感器检测啤酒中的过氧化氢

Detection of hydrogen peroxide in beer by polyoxometalates electrochemical sensor

摘要 本研究以多金属氧酸盐(POMs)作为识别和传感元件,开发钴(Co)取代的Dawson型POMs传感器,利用其与H_(2)O_(2)化学反应中产生的电信号变化,实现对H_(2)O_(2)的定量分析。通过傅立叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)、紫外-可见光分光光度法(UV)表征了合成的P_(2)Mo_(17)Co的特征结构,并考察了P_(2)Mo_(17)Co传感器检测H_(2)O_(2)的灵敏度、检出限和抗干扰能力。结果表明,该传感器具有典型的功能结构以及核移跃迁谱峰;传感器电流响应值与H_(2)O_(2)浓度呈良好的线性关系,线性相关系数R2=0.999;方法检出限达4×10^(-4)mol/L,灵敏度为0.1474(μA·L)/(mmol/L);相对标准偏差小于5%,表现出较好的抗干扰能力。检测啤酒中H_(2)O_(2)残留的回收率达94.7%~99.6%,具有良好的应用前景。 In this study,polyoxometalates(POMs)were used as recognition and sensing elements to develop cobalt(Co)-substituted Dawson type POMs sensors,which realized the changes in electrical signals generated in the chemical reaction with H_(2)O_(2) to achieve quantitative analysis of H_(2)O_(2).The structure of synthesized P_(2)Mo_(17)Co was characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectrometry(FTIR)and ultraviolet-visible spectrometry(UV),and the sensitivity,detection limit and anti-interference ability of the P_(2)Mo_(17)Co sensor for detecting H_(2)O_(2) were investigated.The results showed that the sensor had a typical functional structure as well as a nuclear-shift jump spectrum peak;the current response value of the sensor showed a good linear relationship with H_(2)O_(2) concentration,with a correlation coefficient of R~2=0.999;the detection limit of the method reached 4×10^(-4)mol/L,and the sensitivity was 0.1474(μA·L)/(mmol/L).The relative standard deviations(RSDs)were less than 5%,showing good anti-interference ability.The sensor was used for the determination of H_(2)O_(2) residue in beer with the recoveries of 94.7%-99.6%,showing good application prospects.
