摘要
随着近些年我国社会经济水平的提升,人们的生活质量也变得越来越高。装饰装修企业想要在竞争激烈的市场当中站稳脚跟,就需要做好各项装饰装修工程施工质量管理工作。本文主要就建筑室内装饰装修工程施工管理措施展开探究,提出完善施工管理制度、实施动态化管理决策、正确辨析危险源等多类措施,旨在提升建筑室内装饰装修工程的施工管理成效,打造出更具舒适度的环境,总结管理要点,以期提供参考。
With the improvement of social and economic levels in China within recent years,people's quality of life is increasing.To gain a firm foothold in the fiercely competitive market,decoration enterprises need to perform well in the construction quality management of various decoration projects.This paper mainly explores the construction management measures for building interior decoration projects,and proposes various measures such as improving the construction management system,implementing dynamic management decisions,and correctly identifying hazard sources,aiming to improve the construction management effectiveness of building interior decoration projects,create a more comfortable environment,and summarize the key points of management,so as to provide reference.
