摘要
目的:分析基于微信平台下的护理管理对变应性鼻炎(AR)患儿皮下特异性免疫治疗(SCIT)的影响。方法:回顾性分析2022年1月—2024年1月于厦门市海沧医院接受SCIT的110例AR患儿的临床资料,依据不同的护理方式将患儿分为研究组(n=55)和对照组(n=55)。研究组在常规护理基础上实施基于微信平台下的护理管理,对照组实施常规护理。比较两组鼻部症状评分、治疗依从性、生活质量及干预效果。结果:研究组干预后喷嚏、鼻痒、鼻塞、鼻涕、睡眠障碍、日常生活、眼部症状、鼻部症状、非鼻(眼)症状、情感症状、实际问题评分及总分均低于对照组,患儿总依从性、总有效率分别为94.55%、96.36%,高于对照组的81.82%、85.45%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:行SCIT的AR患儿实施基于微信平台下的护理管理,能有效促进鼻部症状恢复,提高生活质量、患儿治疗依从性,临床效果显著。
Objective:To analyze the impact of nursing management based on WeChat platform on subcutaneous specific immunotherapy(SCIT)for children with allergic rhinitis(AR).Method:The clinical data of 110 children with AR who received SCIT in Xiamen Haicang Hospital from January 2022 to January 2024 were retrospectively analyzed,the children were divided into the study group(n=55)and the control group(n=55)according to different nursing methods.The study group was implemented nursing management based on WeChat platform on the basis of routine nursing,and the control group was implemented routine nursing.The nasal symptom score,treatment compliance,quality of life and intervention effect were compared between two groups.Result:After intervention,the score of sneezing,nasal itchiness,nasal congestion,nasal discharge,sleep disturbance,daily living,ocular symptoms,nasal symptoms,non-nasal(eye)symptoms,emotional symptoms,practical problems and total score of the study group were lower than those of the control group,the total compliance and total effective rate of children were 94.55%and 96.36%,respectively,which were higher than 81.82%and 85.45%in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of nursing management based on WeChat platform for AR children undergoing SCIT can effectively promote the recovery of nasal symptoms,improve the quality of life and treatment compliance of children,and the clinical effect is remarkable.
