摘要
针对某硫化矿浮选尾矿炭浸贫液开展了因科法氧化除氰、回收铜的技术研究,并探究了破氰沉铜处理后的出水回用于浮选工序的可行性。结果表明,因科法处理后,出水总氰为5.34 mg/L,总铜为11.48 mg/L,总氰、铜去除率分别为98.07%和90.91%,产渣铜品位高达37.41%。浮选结果表明,因科法出水返回浮选对铜浮选指标影响很小。采用因科法处理浮选尾矿炭浸贫液,不仅可回收有价金属铜,而且其处理后的出水中污染物因子含量低,可直接循环回用至选冶工序。
Technical research on the removal of cyanide and the recovery of copper by Inco oxidation is carried out on carbon leaching lean solution of a sulfide ore flotation tailings,and the feasibility of the effluent after the treatment of cyanide-breaking copper precipitation is explored for the flotation process.After the treatment,the total cyanide in the effluent is 5.34 mg/L,the total copper is 11.48 mg/L,the removal rates of total cyanide and copper are 98.07%and 90.91%,respectively,and the copper grade of slag is as high as 37.41%.The flotation results show that the return of the effluent from the Inco process to flotation has little effect on the copper flotation index.The treatment of carbon leaching lean solution of flotation tailings by Inco method can not only recover valuable metal copper,but also have low pollutant factor content in the effluent after treatment,which can be directly recycled to the beneficiation and metallurgy process.
