摘要
目的 分析阿托伐他汀治疗急性缺血性脑卒中的疗效。方法 前瞻性随机选取 2021 年 1 月—2023 年 12月西安高新医院神经内科收治的 200 例急性缺血性脑卒中患者为研究对象,根据不同治疗方法分为对照组和研究组,各 100 例。对照组采用常规治疗,研究组采用常规治疗+阿托伐他汀治疗。比较两组的临床疗效、脂质代谢指标、神经功能评分、不良反应情况。结果 研究组的总治疗有效率为 100.00%(100/100),高于对照组的 94.00%(94/100),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.296,P=0.038)。治疗后,研究组的血脂水平、神经功能评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P 均<0.05)。研究组的不良反应总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 阿托伐他汀在治疗急性缺血性脑卒中,有较高的临床疗效,可改善患者的脂质代谢和神经功能,降低不良反应。
Objective To analyze the efficacy of atorvastatin in the treatment of acute ischemic stroke.Methods A to‐tal of 200 patients with acute ischemic stroke admitted to the Department of Neurological in Xi'an Gaoxin Hospital from January 2021 to December 2023 were prospective randomly selected as the research objects.They were divided into control group and study group according to different treatment methods,with 100 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional therapy,and the study group was treated with conventional therapy+atorvastatin.The clinical efficacy,lipid metabolism index,neurological function score and adverse reactions were compared be‐tween the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 100.00%(100/100),which was higher than 94.00%(94/100)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.296,P=0.038).After treatment,the blood lipid level and neurological function score of the study group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse re‐actions in the study group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Atorvastatin has a high clinical efficacy in the treatment of acute ischemic stroke,which can improve the lipid metabolism and neurological function of patients and reduce adverse reactions.
