摘要
在腐蚀、氯盐侵蚀等不利条件下,沿海地区大量桥梁工程、海洋工程、基础设施等结构出现锈胀开裂、耐久性严重劣化案例屡见不鲜。采用电化学修复技术通过电场作用将混凝土中有害物质驱逐,从而提高混凝土结构耐久性能,已在工程实例中得到验证。通过概述电化学修复技术的基本机理及其对钢筋阴极产生析氢的全过程,结合国内外大量文献,研究了电化学修复技术对材料性能、黏结滑移性能退化的影响,同时考虑时间效应,进一步分析了电化学修复技术对钢筋混凝土柱耐久性能的影响。该研究结果对提高沿海地区混凝土结构的使用寿命具有积极意义。
Under adverse conditions such as corrosion and chloride salt erosion,many structures in coastal areas,including bridges,marine engineering,and infrastructure,experience rust expansion cracking and severe durability deterioration.Electrochemical repair techniques expel harmful substances from concrete through electric fields,thereby improving the durability of concrete structures,and have been verified in engineering applications.By summarizing the basic mechanism of electrochemical repair and the process of hydrogen evolution at the steel cathode,combined with extensive literature,the effects of electrochemical repair on the degradation of material properties and bond-slip behavior are studied.Considering the time effect,the influence of electrochemical repair on the durability of reinforced concrete columns is further analyzed.The results have positive significance for improving the service life of concrete structures in coastal areas.
