摘要
随着食品产业的快速发展,长三角三省一市(江苏、浙江、安徽和上海)作为中国的经济重心,食品安全问题备受关注。为了确保这一区域的食品安全,建立统一的食品安全信息追溯体系成为迫切需求。本文旨在探讨在区域协同机制的框架下,构建科学、统一的食品安全信息追溯体系,并在此基础上研制相应的标准化方案。通过分析区域联动对食品安全信息追溯系统建设的重要性和挑战,提出适应跨区域食品产业链特点的系统架构、数据元结构、数据接口规则,以提升食品安全管理效率和透明度。
With the rapid development of the food industry,the three provinces and one city of the Yangtze River Delta(Jiangsu,Zhejiang,Anhui and Shanghai)are the economic center of China,and food safety issues have attracted much attention.In order to ensure food safety in this region,it has become an urgent need to establish a unified food safety information traceability system.The purpose of this article is to explore the construction of a scientific and unified food safety information traceability system under the framework of the regional coordination mechanism,and to develop corresponding standardization plans on this basis.By analyzing the importance and challenges of regional collaboration to the construction of food safety information traceability systems,a system architecture,data element structure,and data interface rules adapted to the characteristics of the cross-regional food industry chain are proposed to improve the efficiency and transparency of food safety management.
