摘要
商用现货(Commercial-Off-The-Shelf,COTS)元器件具有性能较高、通用性好、采购成本低、时间周期短等优点,在国外装备系统上得到了广泛应用。标准是电子元器件管理和质量可靠性保障工作的重要手段,贯穿于元器件科研生产和整机装备配套使用过程。文章基于COTS元器件的技术特性和应用风险分析,系统梳理了国内外COTS元器件装备应用相关标准,主要包括通用管理标准、使用质量保证标准和产品质量标准。研究国外COTS元器件装备应用的标准化技术内容,结合我国相关标准情况,提出了标准化工作建议参考。
Commercial-Off-The-Shelf(COTS)components,with their advantages of high performance,good versatility,low procurement costs,and short lead times,have been widely applied in equipment systems abroad.Standards serve as a crucial means for the management and quality reliability assurance of electronic components,permeating through the entire process of component research and production,as well as the supporting use of complete equipment.Based on the analyzing the technical characteristics and application risks of COTS components,the domestic and international standards of COTS components in military applications are systematic reviewed in this paper.The mainly related standards could be classified into three categories:general management standards,quality assurance standards and product quality standards.By analyzing the standards contents of COTS components in military application,combined with the present status and development demands of domestic standards,the reference recommendations on future standardization are also put forward.
