阐述电力工程项目成本管理预算的制定,探讨实施过程管理、变更管理和通过变更控制策略来控制成本的方法。提出电力工程项目风险控制策略,包括风险识别、评估、应对策略制定和监控。
This paper describes the formulation of cost management budget for power engineering projects,explores the methods of implementing process management,change management,and controlling costs through change control strategies.It proposes risk control strategies for power engineering projects,including risk identification,assessment,formulation of response strategies,and monitoring.
