摘要
型钢产品在国民经济建设中占有重要地位。随着型钢产品应用领域的不断扩大,对其性能提出了更高的要求。近年来我国对型钢生产技术与装备展开了研究,取得了较多成果。对型钢生产的工艺技术、轧制装备、产品开发等进行了总结和概述,对型钢生产关键核心技术、组织性能调控、新产品开发及智能化技术在型钢生产中的应用前景进行了展望。
Section steel products play an important role in the national economic construction.With the continuous expansion of the application field of section steel products,higher requirements have been put forward for their properties.In recent years,the research work on section steel production technology and equipment has been carried out,and many results have been obtained in China.A summary and overview of the process technology,rolling equipment and product development in the production of section steel are provided.The application prospects of key core technologies,microstructure and properties control,new product development,and intelligent technology in section steel production are also discussed.
