摘要
农村职业教育作为为农业农村现代化培养职业技能人才的重要途径,能为乡村振兴战略的实施提供有效助力。但就目前农村职业教育的整体发展情况来看,农村职业教育发展水平无法满足农村社会经济发展需要,相应的功能和作用并未得到充分发挥。尤其是在乡村振兴进程中,如何推动农村职业教育高质量发展,更好地为乡村振兴培养更多高素质乡村人才是一个值得研究的课题。从乡村振兴进程中农村职业教育承担的新使命为切入点,分析了乡村振兴进程中农村职业教育发展面临的问题,并针对问题提出了相应的解决对策,以期为农村职业教育事业发展提供借鉴参考。
As an important way to train vocational talents for agricultural and rural modernization,rural vocational education can provide effective help for the implementation of rural revitalization strategy.However,as far as the overall development of rural vocational education is concerned,the development level of rural vocational education can not meet the needs of rural social and economic development,and the corresponding functions and roles have not been fully played.Especially in the process of rural revitalization,how to promote the high-quality development of rural vocational education and better train more high-quality rural talents for rural revitalization is a topic worth studying.Starting from the new mission undertaken by rural vocational education in the process of rural revitalization,the problems faced by the development of rural vocational education in the process of rural revitalization are analyzed,and corresponding solutions to the problems are put forward,in order to provide reference for the development of rural vocational education.
