摘要
原发性骨质疏松症又称骨痿,是骨科常见的代谢性疾病,易伴随长期慢性疼痛,对患者身心健康产生极大影响。“治痿独取阳明”是《黄帝内经》中防治骨痿的重要理论依据之一,该文通过阐述“治痿独取阳明”理论中脏腑、经络、经脉关系,探讨脾肾两虚证原发性骨质疏松症出现慢性疼痛的相关机制,使用该理论结合中医针灸、针刀、导引疗法及常规中药使用经验,总结并分析其中科学内涵,以期对缓解脾肾两虚证原发性骨质疏松症出现的慢性疼痛症状进行展望。
Primary osteoporosis,also known as osteoporosis,is a common metabolic disease in orthopedics.The disease is often accompanied by long-term chronic pain,which has a great impact on the physical and mental health of patients."treating impotence and taking Yangming alone"is one of the important theoretical bases for the prevention and treatment of bone impotence in the Internal Classic of Huangdi.This paper expounds the relationship among Zang-fu organs,meridians and meridians in the theory of"treating impotence and taking Yangming alone".To explore the relevant mechanism of chronic pain in primary osteoporosis of spleen and kidney deficiency syndrome,using this theory combined with TCM acupuncture,acupuncture,guidance therapy and conventional traditional Chinese medicine,the scientific connotation was summarized and analyzed.The purpose of this study is to look forward to relieving the chronic pain symptoms of primary osteoporosis with spleen-kidney deficiency syndrome.
