基于AHP-熵权TOPSIS混合加权法评价不同灭菌工艺对红花药材原粉质量的影响

摘要 目的采用“层次分析法”(AHP)-熵权“逼近理想解排序法”(TOPSIS)混合加权法考察并优选红花药材(Carthami Flos)原粉的灭菌工艺。方法以羟基红花黄色素A和山柰酚2种成分含量及灭菌率为评价指标,通过AHP-熵权TOPSIS混合加权法确定各指标权重系数,比较干热灭菌、湿热灭菌、紫外灭菌、辐照灭菌4种灭菌工艺对红花药材原粉灭菌前后质量的影响。结果AHP-熵权TOPSIS综合评价结果表明,4种灭菌工艺对红花药材原粉质量影响的优劣顺序依次为辐照灭菌、紫外灭菌、干热灭菌、湿热灭菌。其中辐照灭菌在9 kGy及以上剂量,与灭菌前原粉相比,其羟基红花黄色素A、山柰酚2种成分含量未见明显变化,且灭菌率≥98.79%;湿热灭菌条件下,红花药材原粉质量明显降低,且羟基红花黄色素A在灭菌后未能检出。结论相较于其他灭菌工艺,辐照灭菌更适于红花药材原粉,并确定辐照剂量为9 kGy,在确保灭菌效果的同时能最大程度地保留其有效成分,且优选得到的灭菌工艺重复性好、稳定可行、安全高效,可用于工业大生产。 Objective A hybrid AHP-entropy weight TOPSIS weighted method was used to investigate and optimize the optimal sterilization process for the raw powder of Carthami Flos.Methods The content and sterilization rate of two components,hydroxy safflower yellow A and kaempferol,were used as evaluation indicators.The weight coefficients of each indicator were determined using the AHP-entropy weight TOPSIS mixed weighting method.Comparison of the effects of four sterilization processes,namely dry heat sterilization,wet heat sterilization,ultraviolet sterilization,and irradiation sterilization,on the quality of safflower powder before and after sterilization were compared.Results The AHP-entropy weight TOPSIS comprehensive evaluation results indicate that the order of the four sterilization processes affecting the quality of safflower raw powder is irradiation sterilization,ultraviolet sterilization,dry heat sterilization,and wet heat sterilization.Compared with the original powder before sterilization,there was no significant change in the content of hydroxy safflower yellow A and kaempferol in the irradiated sterilization at a dose of 9 kGy or above,and the sterilization rate was≥98.79%;Under humid heat sterilization conditions,the quality of safflower raw powder significantly decreased,and hydroxy safflower yellow A was not detected after sterilization.Conclusion Compared with other sterilization processes,irradiation sterilization is more suitable for safflower raw powder,and the irradiation dose is determined to be 9 kGy,which can ensure the sterilization effect while retaining its effective ingredients to the greatest extent.The optimal sterilization process has good repeatability,stability,feasibility,safety and efficiency,and can be used for industrial large-scale production.
