摘要
铸牢中华民族共同体意识是新时代党的民族工作主线。构建铸牢中华民族共同体意识常态化宣传机制,需要深入剖析其制约因素、重要意义、建构原则以及实践路径。论文通过厘清作为制约因素的部门管理的协同性因素、时间场域的传承性因素、空间场域的差异性因素和网络环境的复杂性因素,揭示铸牢中华民族共同体意识常态化宣传的主要作用,进而提出以坚持党的领导与社会宣传相结合、系统宣传与重点阐释相结合、全面开放与包容并蓄相结合,以及网络推送与实景宣传相结合的建构原则,并在此原则下提出可行的实践路径,从而为铸牢中华民族共同体意识常态化宣传机制的构建注入新的活力与思考。
Forging a strong sense of community for the Chinese nation is the main line of the Party's ethnic work in the new era. It is necessary to deeply analyze the restrictive factors, important significance, construction principles and practice path of constructing the propaganda mechanism of the sense of the Chinese nation community. By clarifying the coordination factor of department management, the inheritance factor of the time field, the difference factor of the space field and the complexity factor of the network environment as restricting factors, the main role of promoting the normalization of forging the strong sense of community for the Chinese nation is revealed. Furthermore, it proposes the construction principles of combining the party's leadership with social propaganda, systematic propaganda with key interpretation, comprehensive openness with inclusiveness and storage, and network push with reality propaganda. Based on these principles, it proposes feasible practice paths to inject new vitality and thinking into the construction of the normalized publicity mechanism of forging a strong sense of community for the Chinese nation.
