摘要
目的:探讨治疗四肢骨干创伤开放性粉碎性骨折患者接受交锁髓内钉固定治疗的效果。方法:将2021年1月—2024年4月于毕节市赫章县人民医院接受治疗的60例四肢骨干创伤开放性粉碎性骨折患者纳入研究,随机分为两组。对照组(n=30)采用钢板内固定治疗,观察组(n=30)采用交锁髓内钉固定治疗。分析两组临床疗效、功能恢复状况和生存质量。结果:观察组总有效率高于对照组(P=0.023)。治疗前,两组视觉模拟评分法、Barthel指数、Berg平衡量表及健康调查简表评分对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组视觉模拟评分法、Barthel指数、Berg平衡量表及健康调查简表评分均优于治疗前,观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对四肢骨干开放性粉碎骨折患者实施交锁髓内钉固定治疗效果好,能有效地推动患者各类功能的恢复,提高生存质量。
Objective:Exploring the effect of interlocking intramedullary nail fixation in patients with open comminuted fractures from trauma to the backbone of the extremities.Methods:A total of 60 patients with open comminuted fractures of the long bones of the limbs who received treatment at the Bijie Hezhang County People's Hospital from January 2021 to April 2024 were included in the study,and were randomly divided into two groups.The control group(n=30)was treated with plate internal fixation,while the observation group(n=30)was treated with interlocking intramedullary nail fixation.The clinical efficacy,functional recovery and quality of life before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group(P=0.023).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in visual analogue score,Barthel index,Berg balance scale and health survey summary score between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the visual analog score,Barthel index,Berg balance scale and health survey summary table scores of both groups were better than before treatment,and the observation group was better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Interlocking intramedullary nail fixation is effective in the treatment of open comminuted fractures of the extremity diaphysis,can effectively promote the recovery of all kinds of functions of the patients and improve the quality of life.
