摘要
耕读文化作为我国发展的软实力,是推动乡村振兴发展的重要基石。农林高校进行耕读文化育人既是立德树人的重要抓手,又是推进乡村振兴的实践自觉。当前,有效推动农林高校耕读文化育人,要从现实困境、困境成因、突破路径3个层面进行分析,将耕读文化融入人才培养的全过程、全环节。深入剖析耕读文化育人困境及成因,着手解决耕读文化育人的广度、深度、效度3个层面问题,聚焦强化农林高校师资力量、加强资源整合与共享、创新教学方式方法等方面,推动耕读文化入脑入心,鼓励学生从土地和自然中汲取成长的力量,厚植爱农情怀,担当好强农兴农使命,汇集起推动乡村全面振兴的强大动能。
As the soft power of China's development,farming-and-reading culture is an important cornerstone to promote rural revitalization and development.Training people by farming-and-reading culture in agricultural and forestry universities is not only an important starting point for educating people,but also a practical consciousness to promote rural revitalization.At present,in order to effectively promote the cultivation of agricultural and forestry universities,it is necessary to analyze the real dilemma,the causes of the dilemma and the breakthrough path,and integrate the cultivation culture into the whole process and link of talent training.In-depth analysis of the dilemma and causes of training people by farming-and-reading culture,starting to solve the problems of breadth,depth and effectiveness of cultivating people by farming-and-reading culture,focusing on strengthening teachers in agricultural and forestry universities,strengthening the integration and sharing of resources,innovating teaching methods and other aspects,promoting farming-and-reading culture into the mind,encouraging students to learn from the land and nature for growth,cultivating love for agriculture,taking on the mission of strengthening agriculture and rejuvenating agriculture,and gathering powerful kinetic energy to promote the all-round revitalization of rural areas.
