摘要
在能源安全备受重视的当下,石油与天然气资源在国计民生中的重要性不言而喻。在各个油田有利地质圈闭钻探殆尽的大背景下,复杂条件下的油气井钻探变得越发常见,钻井工作也迎来一些新的挑战。以高温高压为代表的复杂地质条件需要克服高地层压力带来的井喷风险,因此选用合适的加重材料对复杂条件下钻井所用的水基钻井液进行处理势在必行,例如渤海湾盆地的渤中19-6油田,因其目的层多为致密高压的中生界火山岩,在地层压力过大的情况下,势必要寻求新型钻井液加重材料确保钻井作业的安全与高效。选用氧化铁作为一种新型的加重材料加入水基钻井液中,系统研究了氧化铁作为钻井液加重材料,其质量浓度对水基钻井液的影响。将3种不同质量浓度的氧化铁加重材料分别加入100 L水中,制备高密度钻井液,并对钻井液密度、黏度与滤饼性能等进行了评价。将加入氧化铁加重材料的水基钻井液在120℃和3500 kPa的热环境下反应20 h之后,在50℃的温度下对其性质进行评估。实验结果表明,加入氧化铁加重材料的质量浓度与水基钻井液的表观黏度、塑性黏度、屈服点成正比关系。随着钻井液中氧化铁质量浓度的增加,单位面积受力(YP)/塑性黏度(PV)比值降低。滤饼厚度也随着氧化铁加重材料质量浓度的增加而增大,而滤饼孔隙率几乎保持恒定。
In the current era where energy security is highly valued,the importance of oil and natural gas resources in national economy and people's livelihood is self-evident.Against the backdrop of the depletion of favorable geological traps in various oil fields,drilling for oil and gas wells under complex conditions has become increasingly common,and drilling work has also faced some new challenges.Complex geological conditions,represented by high temperature and high pressure,need to overcome the risk of blowout caused by high formation pressure.Therefore,it is imperative to use appropriate weighting materials to treat water-based drilling fluids used in complex conditions.For example,in the Bozhong 19-6 oilfield in the Bohai Bay Basin,due to its target layer being mostly dense and high-pressure Mesozoic volcanic rocks,in the case of excessive formation pressure,it is necessary to seek new weighting materials for drilling fluids to ensure the safety and efficiency of drilling operations.In this study,iron oxide was selected as a new type of weighting material and added to water-based drilling fluid.The effect of iron oxide mass concentration on water-based drilling fluid was systematically studied.Three different mass concentrations of iron oxide weighting materials were added to 100 L of water to produce high-density drilling fluid,and the performance of the drilling fluid,including density,viscosity,and filter cake performance,was evaluated.After reacting the water-based drilling fluid with iron oxide weighting material in a thermal environment of 120℃and 3500 kPa for 20 h,its properties at a temperature of 50℃was evaluated.The experimental results showed that the mass concentration of iron oxide weighting material added was directly proportional to the apparent viscosity,plastic viscosity,and yield point of water-based drilling fluid.As the mass concentration of iron oxide in drilling fluid increased,the ratio of unit area stress(YP)to plastic viscosity(PV)decreased.The thickness of the filter cake also increas
