摘要
在第四次科技革命浪潮中,新质生产力成为推动县级融媒体发展的关键。通过技术深度融入,县级融媒体实现了生产工具、内容生产方式及传播手段的迭代升级。然而,这一过程中面临媒体改革、技术迭代、内容生产迷思及资金供给不足等挑战。为克服这些困难,县级融媒体须采取“先立后破、稳中求进”策略,确保传统生产力与新质生产力的融合;因地制宜进行整体布局;坚守“内容为王”,确保高质量内容生产;优先转化能短期内提升生产力的新质要素。通过这些措施,县级融媒体能构建起符合新时代要求的基层主流媒体传播体系,实现传播力的飞跃。
In the wave of the fourth technological revolution,new quality productive forces have become the key driver for the development of county-level integrated media.The deep integration of technology has progressively upgraded production tools,content production methods,and communication means for county-level integrated media.However,this process faces challenges such as media reform,technological iteration,content production dilemmas,and insufficient funding.To overcome these difficulties,county-level integrated media should ensure the integration of traditional and new quality productive forces by adopting the strategy of“establishing the new before abolishing the old and seeking progress while maintaining stability”,carry out overall layout based on local conditions,ensure high-quality content production by following the principle that“content is the king”,and prioritize the transformation of new elements that can enhance productivity in the short term.These measures help county-level integrated media establish a grassroots mainstream media communication system that meets the requirements of the new era,achieving a leap in communication capacity.
