摘要
随着社会不断发展和进步,我国卫生事业进一步实现转型与升级。要想解决人力资源管理方面问题,促进医药产业发展、健全卫生体制,关键在于改善和优化现行卫生机构的人力资源管理工作。本文重点对医院卫生人力资源管理的优化进行分析与研究,运用有效的策略克服传统人力资源管理方式中所存在的问题,并对有关的流程进行约束与监管,从而形成一种现代化、科学化的卫生人力资源管理的模式,为我国卫生事业的发展与创新打下良好基础。
With the continuous development and progress of society,China's health undertakings have developed rapidly.In order to solve the problems of human resource management,promote the development of pharmaceutical industry and improve the health system,the key lies in improving and optimizing the human resource management of current health institutions.This paper focuses on the analysis and research on the optimization of hospital health human resource management,uses effective strategies to overcome the problems existing in traditional human resource management methods,and restricts and supervises the relevant processes,thus forming a modern and scientific health human resource management model,laying a good foundation for the development and innovation of health undertakings in China.
