摘要
空分装置运行稳定,直接影响着煤化工生产过程的稳定性和连续性。本文通过对某公司空分装置在日常管理和技术改造中采取的优化措施进行分析,指出在日常管理中应严格工艺指标管控、加强设备检维修,并根据实际运行情况对机组进行改造,才能够保证空分装置安全稳定长周期运行。
The stability and continuity of the coal chemical production process is contingent upon the operational stability of the air separation unit.This article points out the optimization measures taken by a certain company's air separation unit in routine management and technical transformation,and emphasizes the need for strict control of process indicators,strengthened equipment maintenance,and modification of the unit according to actual operating conditions in routine management,in order to ensure the safe,stable,and long-term operation of the air separation unit.
