摘要
目的:评估妊娠期胎儿畸形诊断中,胎儿系统超声诊断价值。方法:研究在2021年1月~2023年12月对3600例产妇进行胎儿畸形超声产前筛查,根据出生和引产的结果,选择80例胎儿畸形的产妇作为本研究的参与者,均进行胎儿系统超声和常规超声检查,分析胎儿系统超声诊断的准确性以及不同畸形检出率。结果:相较于常规超声检查,胎儿系统超声诊断的准确性高(P<0.05),对唇腭裂、脑积水、心脏畸形检出率高(P<0.05)。结论:在妊娠期胎儿畸形诊断中,胎儿系统超声诊断准确性高,具有诊断价值。
Objective:The purpose of this study was to evaluate the diagnostic value of fetal system ultrasound in the diagnosis of fetal malformations during pregnancy.Methods:From January 2021 to December 2023,3600 pregnant women were screened for fetal abnormalities using prenatal ultrasound.Based on the results of birth and induced labor,80 pregnant women with fetal abnormalities were selected as participants for this study.Both fetal systematic ultrasound and routine ultrasound examinations were performed to analyze the accuracy of fetal systematic ultrasound diagnosis and the detection rates of different abnormalities.Results:Compared to conventional ultrasound examination,the accuracy of fetal system ultrasound diagnosis was higher(P<0.05),with a high detection rate for cleft lip and palate,hydrocephalus and cardiac malformations(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the diagnosis of fetal malformations during pregnancy,fetal system ultrasound has high accuracy and diagnostic value.
