摘要
目的:分析双钢板内固定加人工骨植骨治疗胫骨平台粉碎性骨折的临床效果和安全性。方法:选取2018年6月~2023年5月在深圳市宝安区石岩人民医院创伤骨科诊治的胫骨平台粉碎性骨折患者40例,按照随机数字表法将所有患者分为对照组、实验组,每组各20例,对照组提供常规手术治疗,实验组提供双钢板内固定加人工骨植骨治疗,比较两组临床效果及安全性。结果:实验组患者手术治疗时间、术后负重时间、术后骨折愈合时间及手术切口长度均短于对照组,术中出血量少于对照组,P<0.05;实验组患者AKSS评分、ROM、生活质量评分均高于对照组,P<0.05;实验组患者VAS评分、并发症发生率均低于对照组,P<0.05。结论:患者采用双钢板内固定加人工骨植骨治疗胫骨平台粉碎性骨折,能够获得更加有效的治疗效果,促进骨折部位更好更快康复,实施治疗安全性也可以得到保障。
Objective:To analyze the clinical effect and safety of double plate internal fixation combined with artificial bone graft in the treatment of comminuted fracture of tibial plateau.Methods:40 patients with comminuted tibial plateau fractures who were diagnosed and treated in the Department of Traumatic Orthopedics,Shiyan People’s Hospital,Bao’an District,Shenzhen City from June 2018 to May 2023 were selected.All patients were divided into a control group and an experimental group according to the random number table method.There were 20 cases in each group.The control group was provided with conventional surgical treatment,while the experimental group was provided with double plate internal fixation and artificial bone grafting.The clinical effects and safety of the two groups were compared.Results:The surgical treatment time,postoperative weight-bearing time,postoperative fracture healing time and surgical incision length of the experimental group were shorter than those of the control group,and the intraoperative blood loss was less than that of the control group,P<0.05;AKSS scores,ROM,the quality of life scores were higher than those in the control group,P<0.05;The VAS scores and complication rates of patients in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:Patients using double plate internal fixation and artificial bone grafting to treat comminuted tibial plateau fractures can achieve more effective treatment results,promote better and faster recovery of the fracture site,and ensure the safety of treatment.
