摘要
目的分析手术室护理管理中融入护理安全风险管理防御机制的效果。方法从2020年3月至2021年3月实施手术室常规护理管理的手术患者中随机抽取50例纳入患者A组,选择同期手术室护理人员20名纳入护理A组;从2021年4月至2022年4月融入护理安全风险管理防御机制的手术患者中随机抽取50例纳入患者B组,选择同期手术室护理人员20名纳入护理B组,对比两组手术室护理质量。结果患者B组手术风险事件发生率、护理投诉率均低于患者A组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理B组护理质量指标评分高于护理A组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。患者B组护理满意度评分高于患者A组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理B组风险管理认知评分高于护理A组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。患者B组心理状态评分低于患者A组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论手术室护理工作中融入护理安全风险管理防御机制,能显著提升护理人员的风险意识,提升护理工作质量及患者对护理的满意度,同时能帮助患者改善心理状态。
Objective To analyze the effect of integrating nursing safety risk management defense mechanisms into operating room nursing management.Methods From March 2020 to March 2021,50 surgical patients who received routine nursing management in the operating room were randomly selected as patient group A,and 20 operating room nursing staff were selected as nursing group A.From April 2021 to April 2022,50 surgical patients who received integrated nursing safety risk management defense mechanisms in the operating room were randomly selected as patient group B,and 20 operating room nursing staff were selected as nursing group B.The nursing quality in the two groups was compared.Results The incidence of surgical risk events and nursing complaints in patient group B were lower than in patient group A,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Nursing quality scores in nursing group B were higher than those in nursing group A,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Nursing satisfaction scores in patient group B were higher than those in patient group A,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Risk management cognition scores in nursing group B were higher than those in nursing group A,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Psychological state scores in patient group B were lower than those in patient group A,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion Integrating nursing safety risk management defense mechanisms into operating room nursing can significantly enhance the risk awareness of nursing staff,improve nursing quality and patient satisfaction,and help patients improve their psychological state,ensuring a successful surgery.
