绿色节能建筑施工技术分析

摘要 绿色建筑节能施工技术因其具有保护生态、节约资源、优化室内环境等优势,在建筑工程中得到了广泛应用。文章以某高层住宅建筑项目为例,研究绿色建筑节能施工技术的应用策略,包含结构设计、屋面和门窗建造、墙体节能、地面保温、室内环境调节、垃圾处理、废水处理多个方面的技术要点,以期在保证建筑工程安全和质量的前提下,减少建筑建设和使用期间的资源消耗,提升建筑工程的综合效益,推动现代建筑行业的可持续发展。 Green building energy-saving construction technology is widely used in construction engineering because of its advantages of protecting ecology,saving resources and optimizing indoor environment.Taking a high-rise residential building project as an example,this paper studies the application strategy of green building energy-saving construction technology,including the technical points of structural design,roof and door and window construction,wall energy conservation,ground insulation,indoor environment regulation,waste treatment,wastewater treatment,in order to reduce the resource consumption during construction and use,improve the comprehensive benefits of construction projects,and promote the sustainable development of modern construction industry under the premise of ensuring the safety and quality of construction projects.
