摘要
目的调研国家耳鼻咽喉疾病临床医学研究中心成员单位听力学临床建设情况,分析其听力学中心及业务开展的现状。方法采用问卷调查的方法调研成员单位情况。结果各成员单位耳科医师占耳鼻咽喉头颈外科医师≤10%的28家,11%~30%的40家,31%~50%的35家,≥51%的17家。全职听力师为1~5人,全职和(或)兼职助听器验配师0~1人。测听室具有中国计量科学院出具的声学检测报告的36家,具有地方计量院出具的检测报告的54家。34家成员单位具有声源定位测试所需的声场测听室。37家成员单位采用统一的专业听力学信息系统,实现了患者及检查结果的数字化管理。结论各成员单位全职工作人员较少,仍需加强人员引进;主、客观测听结果之间的修正值需要进一步统一完善;纯音测听室、隔音屏蔽室及声场测听室的数量配比,需要标准化文件给予指导;信息化建设仍需要进一步推进。
Objective To investigate the clinical construction of audiology in the member units of our National Clinical Medical Research Center for Otolaryngology Diseases,and to analyze the status quo of audiology centers and their services.Methods Questionnaire survey was used to investigate the member units.Results The otolaryngology physicians accounted for 10%or less of 28,11%to 30%of 40,31%to 50%of 35,and 50%or more of 17.The number of full-time audiologists is about 1 to 5,and the number of full-time and/or part-time hearing aid artificer is about 0 to 1;Currently,there are 36 units with acoustic test reports issued by the Chinese Academy of Metrology,54 units with test reports issued by local metrology institutes,and 34 units with sound field audiometry rooms required for sound source location testing.A unified professional audiology information system has been adopted in 37 institutions to realize the digital management of patients and test results.Conclusion With fewer full-time staff,there was still a need for steppedup recruitment;The values of the corrections between subjective and objective audiometry should be further unified and refined.The number and proportions of pure tone audiovisual rooms,sound-insulating shielding rooms,and soundfield audiovisual rooms need to be guided by standardized documentation.Construction of information still needs to be further promoted.
